A case of poor communication has one selectman calling for the board to reprimand Town Manager Michael Hartman.
The request came during last week’s selectmen meeting from Selectman David “Spanky” Sousa according to the Enterprise. A few months ago, the board asked for a monthly update from Hartman, but Sousa said he never received an update for October or November.
While Hartman said the board received the October update on Nov. 4, the November update never came.

Selectman Robert Cohn said he’s also had communication issues, telling the board that it bothers him when a resident tells him about what’s going on.
Selectman Thomas Recupero objected to a formal vote since the discussion took place during the announcement portion of the meeting and could lead to an open meeting law violation.
