SEX OFFENDER MAP 2015: Where Do Stoughton's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Stoughton has six Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• William Way, 66, lives and works at 158 Sumner St., convicted of three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 2012.
• John Adams, lives at 1156 Park Street #5, convicted of two counts of incestuous marriage or intercourse, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, two counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, and two counts of rape and abuse of a child in 2004.
• Earl Montgomery, 53, lives at 256 Sumner St., convicted of assault of a child with intent to commit rape and two counts of rape and abuse of a child in 1998.
• James Banjandas, 53, works at 600 Technology Center Dr. Convicted of rape of a child by force in 1990.
• Josue Rivera, 36, works at 84 Tosca Drive. Convicted of O/S indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and O/S rape in 1996.
• Luis Rivera, works at 84 Tosca Drive. Convicted of O/S indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 1996.
