August 11

9:36 a.m. - A caller at Seaver Street reported a snake on the hood of his car. Animal control came and removed the snake. More on this story here.

4:34 p.m. - Juan Ortiz, 40 of Brockton was arrested for shoplifting at TJ Maxx. The caller said Ortiz was a known shoplifter. The theft became larceny charges as the value was over $1,200.

8:09 p.m. - A sudden death occurred at Arbors. An employee reported an unresponsive party not breathing. The Fire Department responded, but the party died.

August 12

3:08 a.m. - A shooting occurred at the Mobil Station at Cobbs Corner. The caller said a male party was shot in the hand. More on the story here.

1:24 p.m. - A fraudelent check was reported at Eastern Bank and lead to the arrest of Andrew Kaminga, 38 of West Roxbury. The charge became larceny as the fraudelent check cashed was reportedly over $1,200.

17:08 p.m. - A past domestic assault was reported at Buckley Road.

August 13

12:04 p.m. - Management from Peterson Machine requested an officer park out front while a former employee retrieved his tools. The employee got his belongings and left the area.

4:39 p.m. - Identity theft was reported at Pennsylvania Avenue.

5:40 p.m. - A child at Oakland Street was reportedly having trouble breathing. The police log said there was also a possible seizure. The Fire Department was notified.

August 14

2:23 p.m. - A caller reported trespassing in a neighbor's yard at Pemaquid Street. Suspects were described as a light skin black male with tattoos on his face and a white male. Both pulled up in a Mazda. The party was found and will be summoned to court.

4:10 p.m. - A caller at the Rockland Street Senior Center reported a male party that was sleeping in the woods walking towards the walkway. The suspect was described as a white male wearing jeans and a black jacket. The party was gone on arrival.

4:39 p.m. - A caller at McDonalds reported a syringe in the womens' bathroom. It was disposed of before the officer arrived.

5:31 p.m. - Someone at Britton Avenue called reporting a male party laying on the rocks. Police said the caller was concerned for his well-being. The male was checked out as okay and advised not to go back to Senior Center parking lot or the woods.

August 15

9:19 a.m. A caller reported someone kneeling in the middle of Washington Street. Fire department transported party to the hospital, Officer Jenkins followed ambulance to hospital.

1:11 p.m. - A nurse at the Andrew House called because they were attempting to section off a patient who was reportedly trying to hurt other patients. The Fire Department and Police Department responded with Officer Cowgill riding in the ambulance. Officer Carmichael followed in his cruiser.

1:25 p.m. - A stolen bike was reported at Stoughton High School.

2:55 p.m. - A burglary alarm went off at a house at Raymond Road. Police found broken glass in the kitchen.
