The Forecast:

Here’s what to expect from the National Weather Service

• Saturday Night: Snow before 11 p.m., then snow likely between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m., then snow after 2 a.m.. Low around 16. Southeast wind 6 to 10 mph becoming north after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total nighttime snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
• Sunday: Snow with areas of blowing snow before noon, then areas of blowing snow and a chance of snow between noon and 4 p.m., then areas of blowing snow and a slight chance of snow after 4 p.m. High near 18. Wind chill values as low as -9. Windy, with a north wind 21 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
• Sunday Night: Areas of blowing snow. Mostly clear, with a low around -4. Wind chill values as low as -25. Blustery, with a northwest wind 18 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 49 mph.
