Stoughton Day: What You Need to Know

Stoughton, MA — One of the biggest days on the town calendar is almost here.

Saturday, Stoughton will celebrate town pride with the annual Stoughton Day celebration. Things will kick off at 11 a.m. and will go until 3 p.m.

To help you get ready for the event at Stoughton High School, here's what you need to know:

Main Stage Schedule

• 11-11:45 a.m. - The Stacey Peasley Band (children's music): 11-11:45 a.m.
• 11:45-11:55 a.m. - Bike and Doll Carriage Contest, Registration at 11 a.m., display and judging at 11:45 a.m.
• 11:55 a.m. - 12:25 p.m. - Jose Howard the Magician
• 12:25 - 12:35 p.m. - Studio One Dance Performance
• 12:35 - 12:45 p.m. - Hula Hoop Contest, register at 11:30 a.m., contest at 12:35 p.m.
• 12:45 - 12:55 p.m. - Old Colony Music Together, Children's Music Playalong
• 12:55 - 1:05 p.m. -Relay Race Contest, register at 12:30 p.m., contest at 12:55 p.m.
• Sack Race Contest: Register at 12:30 p.m., contest at 1:35 p.m.
• Meet Wally the Green Monster: 1-1:45 p.m.

Carnival!

Located in the O'Donnell Middle School parking lot, the carnival will be open from 6-11 p.m. Friday, 12-11 p.m. Saturday, and 12-9 p.m. Sunday. Over two dozen rides such as the tilt-a-whirl, Scrambler, Bumpers, and a 1913 Merry Go Round will be available.
