Stoughton Elector to Cast Vote to Electoral College Monday
Donna Smith will cast her vote Monday at the anticipated Electoral College vote.

The 11 Massachusetts members of the Electoral College, including Stoughton's own Donna Smith, will cast their votes today in the Massachusetts House Chamber at 3 p.m. for Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine. All electors are expected to cast their votes for the Democratic candidates who won Massachusetts' votes.
The Electoral College is a process that elects the President and Vice President of the United States, and consists of 538 electors. The candidate who receives 270 votes becomes the next President.
