Stoughton Fire Names New Deputy Chief

From the Stoughton Fire Department:

Chief Michael Laracy announced the promotion of Captain Scott Breen to the position of Deputy Fire Chief.

"It is with great pleasure that I announce that Captain Scott Breen has accepted the position of Deputy Fire Chief in the Stoughton Fire Department," Laracy said.

Lieutenant Greg Goldberg leaves some big shoes to fill. Lieutenant Goldberg who really stepped up and took over the reigns as Acting Deputy Chief for the past few years did a magnificent job making some positive changes for the department during his tenure. He will return as Senior Shift Lieutenant for Group 1.

Chief Laracy also announced that Lieutenant Michael Carroll has accepted the position as Acting Captain in the Safety and Training Division. Congratulations to Captain Carroll.
