Stoughton High School Project Moving Ahead With Public Forums

Residents wishing to voice their opinion on the Stoughton High School project will have their first chance to do so at a forum next week.

On June 6, there will be two sessions at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. for those interested to hear the state of the project before breaking into groups. Both sessions are expected to be one hour.

The forums are one part of an aggressive timeline to decide what to do with Stoughton High School. Currently, a feasibility study is being conducted to look at the town’s options in terms of building new or renovating the current building.

School officials are hoping to have a vote on the project by summer 2016.
