Stoughton Joins Together With Candlelight Vigil for Crash Victims

The community honored the Stoughton High School victims of last month's car crash with candlelight vigils at many homes throughout town.

STOUGHTON, MA — Candles burned at the top of driveways at many houses in Stoughton tonight from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The community honored the Stoughton High School victims of last month's car crash with candlelight vigils at many homes throughout town.

Community members took part in showing the community it has the backs of the families of Chris Desir, Eryck Sarblah, Nick Joyce, and David Bell.

Stoughton resident Diane Russell said her daughter was a classmate of the boys, which was part of what inspired her to light candles and continue to support the families. She said it's been tough, but the best way to show support for her daughter is to have patience.
