Stoughton Library December Newsletter
The Stoughton Library welcomes patrons to attend the scheduled events for children, teens, and adults in December.

From the Stoughton Public Library: Simmons Concrete Form Company completed the foundation walls on 10-26-17. This work entailed forming & placing 113 yards of concrete in footings, piers, & foundation walls. Anchor bolts & leveling plates were placed in preparation for steel erection. Folan Waterproofing completed the foundation damp-proofing on 11-15-17. Araujo Plumbing has completed the under-slab plumbing drainage & the storm drainage piping. The slab was back-filled to the elevation for the radon piping installation. Mello Electric has installed the electrical primaries from the transformer pad to the Walnut Street utility pole.
They also installed under-slab conduits & electrical/data floor boxes. Exterior brick work is ongoing , re-pointing & replacing previously damaged or broken brick. Excavators backfilled the sub grade material on both the building slab area & the Walnut street parking lot. The slab and the binder course of asphalt paving were installed at the end of November. Steel work is well under way! Drive by the site for an exciting look as your new library takes shape!
