When police looked at the surveillance video, they saw a man behind the counter, grabbing and leaving with what appeared to be scratch tickets.The video was posted on the Stoughton Police's Facebook page at 7:44 a.m. on Thursday. At 11:30 a.m., Wade arrived at the Stoughton Police Station to turn himself in.
