Stoughton Man Charged With Selling Drugs Outside Of Drug Store
Police say Michael Piechocki had multiple drugs inside a small black pouch.

STOUGHTON, MA — A Stoughton man faces charges after allegedly trying to sell drugs outside a Rite Aid.
Michael Piechocki, 35, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class E drug, and two counts of illegal possession of a Class B substance., according to the Stoughton Police Log.
At 5:53 p.m. Sunday, police received a report of a man at the Rite Aid on Washington Street possibly selling drugs from a black pouch.

After police located the vehicle down the road near Stoughton Car Wash, Piechocki initially denied selling drugs but multiple drugs including marijuana, Xanax pills, and Suboxone strips strips were found in the bag, the Enterprise reported.
Piechocki arraignment in Stoughton District Court was scheduled for Monday.
