STOUGHTON, MA — A Stoughton man is facing is third drunken driving offense following a crash Thursday night.James Kourafas, 54, was also charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield, the <a href="http://www.patriotledger.com/news/20180309/stoughton-man-charged-with-3rd-offense-drunken-driving-after-crash" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Enterprise reported.</a> He was ordered held on $7,500 during his arraignment the following day in Stoughton District Court. If he post bail, Kourafas must refrain from driving.Officers say Kourafas was behind the wheel of a van that struck a car while attempting to turn left from Pleasant Street to Chestnut Street.
