Stoughton Man One of Three Charged with Shooting Woman with BB Gun

A Stoughton resident was one of three people arrested by Brockton police Tuesday after a woman was allegedly shot in the chest with a BB Gun.

Chitsner Gauthier, 19; Scott Charles, 18, of Brockton; and Nicole Margolis, 19, of 11 East Bridgewater were charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and disturbing the peace according to NECN.

After the incident was reported by a witness, the same vehicle was reported in an incident at a 7Eleven on Pleasant and Belair Streets. The group was allegedly seen entering the store in masks and one was carrying a gun.

When police found the men on Pleasant Street, they admitted to firing a BB gun from their car but denied any plans to commit a robbery.
