Stoughton Murder Suspect in Police Custody

Keenan Brasfield surrendered himself to police at the Stoughton Police Station.

STOUGHTON, MA - The man wanted in a fatal stabbing that took place Friday is now in police custody.

Keenan Brasfield turned himself in at the Stoughton Police Station just before 8:20 p.m. according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office. He was placed under arrest and processed at the police station.

Brasfield is accused of murdering 36-year-old Erwins Albert. The Canton Street incident was reported just before 4 p.m. Friday. Brasfield allegedly fled the immediate scene on foot.

Brasfield is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Stoughton District Court.
