Stoughton Police Charge Man with Trafficking Heroin, Fentanyl

Police say Marvin Auguste was in possession of 40 grams of fentanyl, approximately 40 grams of heroin, and OxyContin pills.

STOUGHTON, MA - A man faces multiple drug charges after a search warrant was executed at a Brewster Road Home

Marvin Auguste was arrested and charged with four counts of illegal possession a firearm, trafficking fentanyl, trafficking heroin, and other drug-related charges, according to the Stoughton Police Department.

Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at 43 Brewster Rd. While at the home, police recovered a loaded .32 caliber handgun, a loaded revolver, a loaded .25 semi-automatic handgun, and a loaded .380 semi-automatic handgun. They also recovered approximately 40 grams of fentanyl, approximately 40 grams of heroin, OxyContin pills, and approximately $16,000 in cash, police said.

Boston police and state police detectives assisted at the scene.

Auguste was scheduled to be arraigned in Stoughton District Court on Wednesday.
