Stoughton Police Log: Assault and Battery, Larceny, and More

August 22

3:39 a.m. - Following a car crash on Maple Street, a 20-year-old male from Stoughton received a summons for a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

7:36 p.m. - A 40-year-old from Stoughton was arrested on Majorie Road and charged with aggravated domestic assault and battery and assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled with injury.

9:22 p.m. - Following a fight on Pearl Street, police made two arrests. Corey Slayman-Lugg, 21, of Stoughton, and Romario Slayman-Lugg, 18, of Stoughton, were arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

12:44 p.m. - Romario Slayman-Lugg, 18, of Stoughton, was arrested on Pearl Street on a warrant.

1:10 p.m. - John Costello, 52, of Stoughton, was arrested at the police station and charged with larceny over $250 by single scheme, receiving a stolen credit card, credit card fraud over $250, and conspiracy.
