Stoughton Police Log: Crash Leads to 2nd OUI, Larceny, and More

September 11

12:17 p.m. - After a stolen pocketbook was reported, John Carter, 19, of West Wareham, was arrested on Britton Avenue and charged with larceny over $250.

7:21 p.m. - A car crash was reported on Park Street near Walnut Street. Both cars were towed from the scene and the drivers were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton.

5:18 a.m. - Following a car crash on Park Street near Walnut Street, Oscar Mejia, 38, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with his second OUI, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation


September 13

8:28 a.m. - Following a car crash on Pleasant Street near Lincoln Street, a 32-year-old man from Brockton received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
