October 3
1:31 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street near Railroad Avenue, Joseph Fortin, 23, of Canton, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute.
5:15 p.m. - A caller at Target reported four women shoplifting at the store. Police took five people into custody. Three juveniles; Nyshayla McDonald, 18, of Boston; and Janee Gabbin, 18, of Boston; were charged with larceny over $250

12:52 a.m. - During a traffic stop near the Last Shot on Washington Street, a 24-year-old from Dartmouth received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and operating without an inspection sticker.
10:37 a.m. - During a traffic stop near the YMCA on Central Street, a 29-year-old from Brockton received a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
