Stoughton Police Log: Drug Possession, Assault, and More

August 9

11:37 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Page Terrace, a 35-year-old male from Boston received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker.

5:38 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Stop and Shop on Washington Street, a 56-year-old male from Brockton received a summons for operating with revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

10:05 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Cumberland Farms on Turnpike Street, a 24-year-old male from Stoughton received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle that failed to meet safety standards, and failure to stop/yield.

August 11

2:38 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Sullivan Tire on Washington Street, Garvin White, 35, of Stoughton, was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A 21-year-old from Easton was taken into protective custody and a 28-year-old from Stoughton received a summons for operating with revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

10:36 a.m. - A person located near the loading dock at Ahavath Torah Congregation on Central Street was reported. The person, Michelle Mallon, 42, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B, C, and E drugs. The Class B and E offenses were subsequent offenses.


August 12

8:05 p.m. - A caller from Stoughton District Court said he wanted to turn himself in. The person, Richard O’Leary, 43, of Stoughton, was arrested on a warrant.
