10:30 p.m. - A caller on Pearl Street told police that a vehicle struck her car and left the area. The driver was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of an accident after property damage.

11:04 p.m. - A caller on Technology Center Drive told police that she lent her car to a person and found it totaled.
