Stoughton Police Seize Gun, Randolph Man Charged

The man refused to get out of the car and police had to pull him out. After arresting him, police said they found a loaded gun in the car.

STOUGHTON, MA — A Randolph man was arrested after police said he was carrying a loaded gun, which wasn't licensed, and lied about his identity.

Bryan Frazier, 35, was charged with carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, unlawful possession of ammunition, posession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, fugitive from justice, and driving with a revoked license.

On Saturday around 2:30 a.m., police said they pulled over a speeding car on Park Street. Frazier, who was driving, slid over to the passenger seat in hopes officers would not recognize him as the driver, police said. When an officer tried getting information from Frazier, police said they were given a fake name, but later found out his true identity and that he was driving on a revoked license.
