Dear SPS Families-

"I hope you are all well as we head into February Break. Below, please find further information and a link to the consent form for student participation in the voluntary SPS COVID-19 Pooled Testing Program.

To give permission for your student to participate in the program, please fill out the form found HERE. The form includes detailed consent information at the top.

Additional information and updates about the program can be found HERE.

If you have more questions, please feel free to reach out to your school nurse or Nursing Supervisor, Mrs. Gallan, whose contact info is in this month’s nursing newsletter.
