Stoughton Resident Receives Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Achievement Award
Stoughton resident welcomed into Blue Cross' President's Club, the company's highest achievement that recognizes outstanding performance.
Adam Thornton, Stoughton resident and Municipal Sales Account Executive at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Blue Cross), was recently welcomed into The President’s Club, the company’s highest achievement that reflects Blue Cross values and recognizes outstanding performance, as well as demonstrated partnership and leadership with customers and business partners.
“Adam has a proven ability to establish and strengthen relationships with his customers in meaningful ways,” said Tim O’Brien, Senior Vice President of Sales at Blue Cross. “He has shown determination, tenacity and is committed to delivering quality for the customer and for Blue Cross. We are honored to welcome him to the President’s Club.”
Adam manages the company’s third largest client, the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA), which includes more than 125 individual accounts. His knowledge of the market and the unique needs of the customer, his instinctive willingness to identify value for clients, and his dependability are the foundation for his outstanding performance. Adam is a thoughtful and creative partner for his customers, identifying opportunities to improve costs, coordinating wellness programs and introducing new products and offerings that fit a variety of needs. His overall leadership both in the field and in the office demonstrates his commitment to the company and his dedication to clients.
