Dairy Queen is owned by Warren Buffett’s conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway. In recent months, it has expanded its fast-food offerings like hamburgers and chicken melts to mitigate sales slowdowns in winter months.
In 2014, Dairy Queen's net income was reported to be at about $50 million.
