Stuck on You: Students Make Duct Tape Beach Bags at the Stoughton Public Library
The art project was part of a Young Adult program held at the library on Thursday, June 16. Take a look at pictures of how the bags were assembled in the media gallery.
Duct tape: "a wide cloth adhesive tape originally designed for sealing joints in heating or air-conditioning ducts," according to Webster Dictionary.
Apparently, it's also great for making beach bags.
Students enjoyed an afternoon making Duct Tape Beach Bags at the on Thursday, June 16 as part of a workshop facilitated by artist Bernadette Johnson.

Dipti Mehta, the young adult librarian at the Stoughton Public Library, encourages Stoughton youth (grade 6-12) to take part in upcoming crafts and other activities at the library this summer. The Teen Summer Reading Program begins June 27 with the theme, "You are Here @ your Library."
