Teen, 2 Men Charged with Trafficking Fentanyl in Stoughton

The three were arrested Tuesday afternoon.

STOUGHTON, MA - Three people face charges after police allegedly recovered fentanyl during a traffic stop.

David Pacini, 22, of Easton; Kevin Cook, 18, of Fall River; and a 16-year-old girl were arrested Tuesday afternoon according to the Enterprise. The three were charged with possession of a Class B drug (fentanyl) and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act. Cook was additionally charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

A vehicle with the three suspects was stopped by police during surveillance at Presidential Court. Police had received complaints that a vehicle in the lot was selling drugs.

Police seized about 12.5 grams of fentanyl, split between a bag between the teen's leg and a second bag in the console.
