If your child is a close contact to someone who is positive for COVID-19, they must quarantine for 14 days. It is recommended that they get tested but a negative test result will not change the 14-day quarantine period.

Students who attend large gatherings may be asked to quarantine

You must let your School Nurse know if your child has traveled outside of Massachusetts. We must comply with the state’s Travel Order that pertains to both high risk states and international travel.

  • If you go to a high risk state or abroad, upon return to MA, you will have to quarantine for 14 days OR produce a negative PCR COVID-19 test result (not a rapid/antigen test).
  • You can test up to 72 hours prior to arriving in or after arrival to MA
