WATCH: Two Stoughton Servicemen Surprise Family with Return

Student Kaitlyn Wanders and a 4th grader didn't expect to see their family members from the armed services in school.

STOUGHTON, MA — A recent chorus concert at O’Donnell Middle School will be remembered for more than a performance of holiday tunes.

Two songs into the performance, Corporal Colin Reilly USMC, brother of performer Kaitlyn Wanders, enters the room for a surprise homecoming. The Stoughton Public Schools said that Reilly was overseas for two years before returning home.

The concert for students had only a few other invited guests, including some parents and Reilly's mother.

Reilly comes in while the chorus sings "My America." Prior to the song, it was announced that there was a special guest right before Reilly's appearance.

That wasn't the only surprise to take place. Wednesday, a 4th grade student in Christina Tobon's class had a surprise visitor appear in her classroom.
