What you should drink BEFORE and AFTER your workout

Pre and post-workout drinks

Have you ever wondered what what you should drink before and after your workouts?  Well, have I got the answer for you!

For BEFORE your workouts,  the pre-workout formula called Energy & Endurance does wonders for your body!

Energy and Endurance, otherwise known as E&E, will improve your energy, endurance, strength and focus during your workout.  It's packed with ingredients to help you power through your toughest workouts, while burning more calories and maximizing muscle performance during your workouts!  It tastes like a strong lemonade so the flavor is good and isn't harsh like some other pre-workout drinks.  And my favorite part...NO artificial flavors.  Since I've started to eat more organic, this has been a huge factor in deciding what I put in my body.

I drink E&E before almost every workout because I can feel the difference.  When I don't take it, I feel like I drag through the workout and just get it done, and that's not what I really want.  When I take it, I feel more powerful and like I can kick my workout's butt and nothing can stop me.  I feel like...Super Woman!

So what do I drink after my workouts?  Not Gatorade or Powerade.  Instead, I drink Results and Recovery, also known as R&R.  This stuff is delicious!  It tastes like an orange creamsicle.  Ever had one of those when you were a kid?  Think about it...savor it...yup, yummy, right?!

Ok, so what does this stuff do?  It refuels you, gives you energy again and helps reduce soreness in your body after your workout.  It's made up of carbs and proteins to help with the muscle repair and again...it's made with NO artificial flavors.  Fantastic!  I even mix mine with Shakeology so I get some extra vitamins and minerals in my post-workout drink.

Now, keep in mind, I am not a nutritionist and I am not a doctor.  I cannot and do not have a clinical opinion, but I do have an opinion.  I swear by both of these products, not only because I am a Coach for Team Beachbody, but also because I have used them and I know they work.  If you want more information on them or have some questions, feel free to ask.  I'll answer whatever I can and for what I cannot answer, I'll find out the answer for you!
