When is the First Day of School for Students in Stoughton?

August is in full swing, the summer is half over, and it won’t be long before students head back to the classroom in Stoughton.

So, how long until students head back to school?

Students in Grades 1-12 will begin the new year on Wednesday, Sept. 3. Details on the first week for students can be found on the 2014-2015 School Year Calendar, as well as below:

Tuesday, Sept. 2: School Opens for all Unit A Staff Pre-K- 12 (full day)
Wednesday, Sept. 3: School opens for all students Grades 1-12 (full day)
Wednesday, Sept. 3 & Thursday, Sept. 4: Kindergarten screening by appointment
Friday, Sept. 5: First day for kindergarten
Monday, Sept. 8: Preschool opens
