When is the Last Day of School in Stoughton?

With all the snow and subsequent snow days we’ve had this winter, many have been asking, when is the last day of school in Stoughton?

While some school systems in Massachusetts are looking for ways to mitigate all the snow days by considering options including longer class days, Saturday classes and even cutting into April vacation in some cases, Stoughton is not one of them.

According to the school calendar, Stoughton’s last day of school will be June 26 as long as there are no more snow days.

Stoughton had five snow days originally in its school calendar and so far six snow days have been declared, but don’t fear, Superintendent Marguerite Rizzi recently said that Stoughton would need two more school days before having to consider going to school on holidays or Saturdays.

Now let’s hope all this snow is melted by then.
