STOUGHTON, MA — Stoughton residents made 154 contributions totaling $9,732.85 to presidential candidates in 2019, according to year-end campaign finance reports filed with the Federal Election Commission.
The biggest beneficiary was President Donald Trump, whose re-election campaign received $3,847.21 from Stoughton donors. In second was Sen. Elizabeth Warren, whose campaign received $1,755 from Stoughton donors.
After Trump and Warren, the biggest recipeients were Sen. Kamala Harris and former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick. Both have since dropped out of the presidential race.
