Wrong-Way Driver in 495 Crash Counseled Troubled Teens, Relatives Say
Valantein Burson was a former soccer star at Stoughton, relatives told The Boston Globe.
The driver of the wrong-way car in a fiery crash that killed five on 495 was a Stoughton native, relatives told The Boston Globe.
Police Tuesday morning identified the driver as Valantein V. Burson, 31, of Fall River.
The Globe also reported Burson was a former soccer star at Stoughton High who went on to counsel troubled teens.

Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, which occurred when Burson's 2011 Infiniti G37 traveled southbound on the northbound side of the highway.
