Achy at the end of the work day? Yoga can help!

Get a free yoga video practice to help you ease aches and pains

Daily life requires us to spend a lot of time seated and hunched over computers and other various devices. This leads to some very tired and achy muscles at the end of the day. I've created a short yoga video practice that will help you go from achy to feeling great.

Perfect for beginners or more experienced yoga students, this practice focuses on opening the chest and strengthening the upper back {so that you’re less hunched over} and opening the muscles that attach to the pelvis {so your low back and hips aren’t quite so cranky}. It all ends with a few moments of quiet rest.
If you're interested in receiving this free video, click here to sign up for my newsletter and it will be on its way to your inbox. I hope you take some time after work -- just 18 minutes -- to give this practice a try! You'll go from wanting to crash on the couch after work to pursuing your favorite hobbies, all while feeling great!
