Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. Real Estate Opens 4th Office In Sudbury

From Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. Real Estate: Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. Real Estate (BMS) is pleased to announce that it has opened its fourth office, located at 420A Boston Post Road in Sudbury, MA. Conveniently located on Route 20 in downtown Sudbury, the office will be serviced by several of the company’s experienced agents, many of whom live in Sudbury, including: Elise Seibert, Fred Chi, Cheryl Chi, Debbie Sussman, John Malone, Melinda Johnson and Laura Bennos.

A grand opening celebration is being planned for the fall. BMS Real Estate has dominated the residential luxury market in both Wellesley and Weston since launching in 2010. Just last year, the company opened its third office in Needham, managed by Kristine Beimford, and now its fourth location in Sudbury, that will be managed by Kevin Lacroix.

The expansion to Sudbury will help the company not only extend its footprint but will enable its agents' vast experience and high-touch service to reach even more buyers and sellers in the area.

"Sudbury is a natural fit for our company's latest expansion," noted Amy Mizner, principal of BMS. "For the past eight years, our team has been serving buyers and sellers in Sudbury and we wanted to establish an office there so that we could be a true partner in this vibrant, growing community."

Currently, BMS has over 100 agents, brokers and staff members. Kevin LaCroix - Kevin has been Benoit Mizner Simon’s Office Director for the Weston Office since July of 2013. He has worked in the MetroWest area since getting his real estate license in the Summer of 2002. Kevin’s real estate career started in Sudbury and surrounding towns. Before his transfer into real estate, Kevin worked for an internet marketing company and several software companies, in a sales support capacity.

Kristine Beimford -- A licensed real estate sales agent since 2002, Kristine worked as Debi Benoit’s executive assistant for 8 years. She has served as the Wellesley office director of Benoit Mizner Simon & Co since its 2010 launch, and has also managed BMS’ Needham office since it opened last year. Her respect for the individual needs of the clients and the associates has made her a dedicated and proven manager. She has lived in Wellesley for the last 22 years. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in commercial banking and import/export and resided overseas for many years. Her foreign language background and international management degree are assets in dealing with relocation and foreign clientele as well as managing the operational side of the company.
