Since launching in 2008, barre3 has grown to more than one hundred studios around the globe.

Natasha Groblewski, local business owner of Barre3 Bedford, shares that opening this studio was a dedicated work of passion, embracing the opportunity to create an even larger supportive community of health and wellness in Sudbury. “I was hooked from the moment I walked into a barre3 studio for the first time. The inclusive community and our ‘make it your own’ style triggered something internally,” said Groblewski in a statement. “This opportunity to bring barre3 to Sudbury, after opening Barre3 Bedford and continuing to create an inspiring culture of good health for more people in our communities is hugely rewarding. Our studio is a place where clients are given the tools to create a balance between movement, nourishment and community connection. We can’t wait to open the doors in Sudbury!”
