BOYS LACROSSE: Watershed Moment for Lincoln-Sudbury

DUXBURY - Watching film of their performances in games against Summit, N.J. and Bishop Guertin (N.H.) taught the Lincoln-Sudbury lacrosse program some valuable information about itself that can be boiled down into simply two words: poise and possession.

A third word, which the Warriors are already familiar with, is wematin, an ancient Indian word for brotherhood. Thanks to those first two words, this year’s L-S squad struck a huge victory for the third by claiming a 9-7 victory over top-ranked Duxbury - the first time they’ve beaten the Dragons in school history - Wednesday evening at Chandler Field.
