Event Details

Residents and non-residents of all ages and abilities are invited to experience the joy of cycling this spring and summer through Rail Trail Rides: Sudbury, a free adaptive cycling program.

Hosted by the Town of Sudbury’s Commission on Disability and Rail Trails Advisory Committee in partnership with All Out Adventures, rides will take place on June 6, August 22, and September 19 at the Broadacres Farm Parking Lot (62 Morse Road), with one-hour sessions offered between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The program is made possible through a grant from the Sudbury Foundation, supporting inclusive recreational opportunities for people of all abilities.

Participants can choose from a variety of adaptive cycles, including recumbent trikes, handcycles, and tandem bikes, with trained staff on-site to ensure a safe, supportive experience. Helmets are provided, though riders may bring their own.

“This program is about access, inclusion, and joy,” organizers shared. “We want everyone in our community to feel welcome and able to experience the rail trail in a way that works for them.”
