Coolidge at Sudbury Senior Housing Project Moves to Next Phase

The 56-unit project is moving to phase two, pending approval from the zoning board.

SUDBURY, MA — The senior housing project planned for Sudbury is moving another step, with an application submitted to Sudbury's zoning board for a comprehensive permit.

The approval will clear the way for B’nai B’rith Housing New England (BBH NE), the not-for-profit organization behind the proposed 64-unit affordable rental complex for seniors, to move through phase two of the project.

Phase two would involve the construction of 56 senior age-restricted affordable housing rental units at 187 Boston Post Road. The project, known as Coolidge at Sudbury, was originally approved in 2011, and includes the subdivision of the six-acre parcel into two three-acre parcels to accommodate the new structure, said the announcement.
