Sudbury is reminding residents with a notice on its website that there are many bodies of water open to the public - some for fishing and boating and others that are part of hiking areas.

In a handy breakdown, this list details the characteristics of each, its location, and purpose.

The bodies of water include Grist Mill Pond, Hop Brook, Duck Pond, the Sudbury River, Willis Lake and Crystal Lake.
