On Sunday, Jan. 22, at 3 p.m., Marylou Abbott, clarinet; Mike Cooper, guitar; Russ Doughty, guitar & mandolin; Rob Hammerton, piano; Patty Helsingius, alto; Grace Henderson, soprano; Karen Henderson, piano; Kevin Murphy, piano & organ; Max Stayton, piano and others will present Connexions Concert II of the 2011/2012 season.
The event will feature works by Bastien, Irving Berlin, Sir Henry Bishop, Frances Crosby, Nils Gade, Claude Gagnon, Kevin Murphy, Nicolo Pagnanini and others. The selections represent a wide assortment of various styles including classical, jazz, gospel and folk. The Connexions concerts at Sudbury United Methodist showcase the various talents of church members and guest artists who come to share their music with our community.
