If you would like to sample new recipes made with herbs, join us at the Wednesday, February 8th meeting of the Sudbury Garden Club for a slide presentation and cooking demonstration featuring Liz Barbour. Liz will give us a guided tour of her cottage-size gardens where every inch is used to maximize its beauty and bounty using herbs as an edible landscape. She will also give us a step-by-step cooking demonstration along with a chance to sample three of her delicious recipes featuring herbs.
Liz, who started The Creative Feast in 2006, has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992. Her cooking demos and recipes have been featured on New Hampshire Chronicle and local television programs. She was a chef at Grappa in Maynard and Baker's Best in Newton. You can preview Liz and her work at http://www.thecreativefeast.com.
Refreshments will be served prior to the program which begins at 9:45 a.m. at the on Concord Road in Sudbury. The public is welcome to attend free of charge. For more information, please visit our website at www.sudburygardenclub.org.
