Treat yourself and your family to the annual Model Matzah Bakery and Passover Experience on Sunday April 10th in Sudbury, MA.
In this fun and educational experience, participants dressed in baker's hats, will experience the journey of the Matzah from threshing and winnowing the wheat stalks to watching their fresh Matzah pop right out of an authentic Matzah oven. Meet Moses and Pharaoh as you relive the Passover story and experience Passover like never before. In addition participants can enjoy a Model Passover Seder, Passover Arts & Crafts and lots more at this event for the entire family.

The Model Matzah Bakery is guaranteed to bring an exciting educational experience to the Jewish community of Sudbury and the surrounding towns. The Model Matzah Bakery features wheat stalks, brick ovens, millstones, etc. which are all setup to form an old style Matzah Bakery.
The program features winnowing & threshing wheat stalks, grinding wheat with millstones, and baking your own Matzah in an authentic looking brick oven. Dressed in bakers hats participants will have the real feel of experiencing an old style Matzah Bakery. Following the making of the Matzah participants will enjoy a model Seder as they enjoy their crunchy hot Matzah with cool grape juice. Participants are also able to meet a live Pharaoh as they watch the story of Passover unfold before them.

The Model Matzah Bakery has been an extremely popular attraction in the past and this year’s event is set to provide an even greater Passover holiday experience for children, families and schools. Participants will have the unique opportunity of a hands-on educational experience that has adds holiday spirit, fun and education for all attendees.
The event will take place on Sunday April 10th at the Nobscot Reservation in Sudbury, MA with two sessions planned for 9:30am and 11:00am. Each session approximately just over an hour and fill up quickly please RSVP early so that we can plan accordingly, if there is sufficient demand we can add a third session.
