Michael Tougias will share his stories about local history and King Phillip’s War (1675-1676), the devastating war between the colonists and Native Americans in New England.
The war is named for King Phillip, the son of Massasoit and chief of the Wampanoag. The conflict between the colonists and the Native Americans was one of the most devastating in this country’s history. Michael’s lively style and enthusiasm for history is both informative and entertaining.
