Come spend an evening at the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge and explore the fascinating world of owls in New England. The program will start with a talk on the characteristics and identification of the owls found in Massachusetts.
After the talk, the program will continue on the trails of the refuge, attempting to locate local owls by both sight and sound. Be sure to dress warmly. You’re welcome to bring a headlamp or flashlight. Led by Refuge staff: Kizette Ortiz-Vanger and Daniel Cannata
