Greenways Paddle and Conservation Walk

Sudbury Valley Trustees volunteers Phil Stickney and Jim Lagerbom lead this event at Greenways Conservation Area. 

This paddle will start by traveling upstream from Route 27 in Sudbury.  At the Greenways Reservation, participants will dock and walk around 87 acres of woods, fields, and wetlands.  The combination of historic sites, woods, open fields, and wetlands, including almost one-half mile of shoreline on the Sudbury River, makes Greenways a remarkable place.

Visitors can roam nearly 2 miles of trails, many of them old cart paths.  After exploring Greenways, the outing will conclude by a return paddle to Route 27. 

Registration required.  SVT members are welcome free of charge; non-members $10.
