New Adult Offering from Park and Recreation:
The program coordinator is pleased to offer a brand new Introduction to Wine and Cheese class for adults 21+. This one-night seminar helps take the mystery out of cheese and wine selections. You'll learn how to navigate a cheese counter, find out what wine works best for you, and discover how adding different fruits and food can greatly improve cheese experience. Seminar includes samplings of local and imported artisan cheeses, wines, and breads. Seminar will take place Tuesday, Oct. 12, 6:30 - 9:30 PM. Program will take place at the FCC- Senior Center Dining Room and will be instructed by Rick Lombardi of The Vin Bin. Cost is $45.
