The Minuteman Saturday Career Exploratory program offers students in grades 6, 7, and 8 an opportunity to participate in a unique learning experience that promotes creativity, innovation, and thought-provoking educational activities in a safe, friendly, and collaborative environment. Students can take an academic enrichment course with a twist and have the opportunity of previewing a variety of career options. It is with great expectations that the mission of the Minuteman School District will be conveyed during the course of this fun and exciting educational experience.
All programs will meet on two Saturdays, Oct. 22 and 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. At the end of the second day of the program, parents of the participants are invited to share in the experience during the Saturday Career Exploratory program Open House. Give your son or daughter a chance to experience different programs like Baking, Cosmetology, Creative Metal Welding, or Fiber Optics & Electronics. Or let them experience one of the partner programs, like Take Flight with National Aviation Academy! or 2D Video Game Design with RoboTech Center.
Registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis online, by mail, walk-in, fax, or phone with a credit card. Payments can be made by cash, check or Mastercard/Visa and must be submitted along with the registration to hold your son/daughter's space.
