NATURE ART FESTIVAL

Celebrate the joy and beauty of art in bloom at Drumlin Farm! Join us for a day of nature-inspired art creation and appreciation on Saturday, April 16, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Drumlin Farm. Try your hand at rock balancing, make a decorative tile, paint with natural materials, and work on a collaborative project with CC King and Bill Turville of the Musketaquid Arts and Environment program.

With Drumlin Farm as their inspiration and backdrop, local artists will demonstrate their technique and engage visitors in the creative process. Sculptor Greg Curci will be exhibiting a collection of his solar kinetic sculptures, creating a solar sculpture garden. Staff member and artist Geoff Nelson will also be displaying one of his pieces, a metalwork piece that plays off of its natural setting. There will also be a gallery of prize-winning photographs from Mass Audubon’s recent “Picture This!” nature photography competition.

Activities are free with paid admission to the farm $6 for nonmember adults and teens; $4 for nonmember children (2-12) and seniors; free for members and Lincoln residents.
